April 17th

If you missed it, we had another great Saturday for hucking the
fiberglass and foam all over the sky! The weather was scattered
clouds with thermal generated breezes all day. The lift was chopped
up at times surprising those who weren't paying attention. However,
there always seemed to be somebody in lift somewhere on the field
(Bruce) and you couldn't expect to win the round without maxing all
your times.

We had two first timers and a couple of returning faces which was
great! Both Patrick McIntire and Doug Brusig turned in respectable
finishes on there first SASS HLG contest. Welcome back Bill Henley,
with his new (Eurotrash) Salsa! Most improved for the contest has to
go to Tor Burkhard who turned in consistent scores throughout the day.
