Hello, SASS requires the following information to be filled out in full and mailed to our Treasurer to start your membership process.  Please follow the steps below.

1.) Download and print the Membership Form, Background Check Form and Rules document. 

2.) Read, fill out and sign the Membership Application.

3.) Read the rules and sign the bottom of the Membership Application.

4.) Read and fill out the Background Check.

5)  Review the Site maps. 

6.) Write a check to Camp Korey for the background check ($30). 

7.) Write a check to SASS for Membership Dues. 

8.) Package it and send it to:

SASS Treasurer and/or Secretary
